As T12 fittings become obsolete and T8 fittings less efficient Advantiv offer help in surveying current lighting installations, advice on and the supply of new alternatives and also the engineering resource to carry out the installation. Our surveys provide the client with a clear and concise cost saving analysis and an unbiased approach suggesting the best option based on budget and requirements. We also ensure that the maximum benefit can be achieved from natural daylight and motion sensing thus reducing burning hours and energy costs where possible.
We are able to offer a range of lighting solutions from voltage reduction devices, T5 fluoresecent fittings with long life tubes and control gear, retro-fittable T5 tubes or LED options.
Energy savings range from 20% through to 85% dependant on the style of light installed, burning hours and the cost savings that can be achieved through natural resources and motion detection, typical paybacks range from 6 -24 months. Many of the products we specify and supply also qualify for the Enhanced Capital Allowance (ECA) enabling the parts and their installation to be claimed back through the businesses Corporation Tax in the first year.
