Excellence in service is our standard and this is backed by our ISO9001:2015 UKAS Quality Accreditation.
It's important that these standards are maintained and this year we have managed to improve them further as verified by our UKAS certifiers British Assessment Bureau.
Throughout a thorough re-certification audit in October, our Quality Management System and processes were examined which resulted in a clean bill of health without any major or minor non-conformances or opportunities for improvement.
This is an outstanding result for the business and demonstrates not only the standard of our processes but the quality of the team at Advantiv that apply the processes to provide the high standards of services our customers deserve.
Our renewal and accreditation means that we have again demonstrated we have clear, repeatable processes to maintain a quality service for all our customers every time.
